A great location for a perfect holiday
The views from the property sum up everything that makes Zermatt so special – the Matterhorn bathed in sunshine, the snow covered pistes and, in the evening, the twinkling lights of the village below.
The accommodation was excellent for six adults and the pictures do not do justice to the comfortable sitting area and well appointed kitchen and dining space. The beds are comfortable and the showers hot and powerful.
The short downhill walk to the Sunnega lift is easy in the morning, especially with skis and boots left at Flexirent. The climb back in the afternoon might best be done by taxi, depending on the length of time spent at lunch on the mountain, shopping or a visit to Elsie’s bar.

Superlative
Superlative – only one word needed to describe this apartment. We stayed here in February 2017 (2 mothers and 4 adult daughters) and everything was truly excellent. The apartment is more spacious than the photos convey and has everything required for a perfect holiday. The views are stunning particularly from the sitting room and the location is ideal – a short stroll to the lifts and into town. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed with plenty of storage space and extremely comfortable beds!! All the en-suites are designed with comfort in mind and have quality fittings throughout. The Alpenlodge next door provided additional services such as ski passes and the hotelier was extremely helpful in every way. Peter was fantastic – with quick responses to emails and plenty of advice and recommendations for all aspects of our holiday – ski hire, restaurants etc. Any non-skiers would be more than happy to relax in this wonderful apartment too. We will definitely be returning to this top notch apartment.

Amazing Property in a Fantastic Alpine Resort
This gorgeous very well appointed apartment in the lovely resort of Zermatt far exceeded our expectations. The property itself is modern, cosy and with all the amenities you would expect for a top end apartment. The views from the garden are beautiful especially at night when all the lights of Zermatt come on. Zermatt itself has plenty on offer. Fantastic skiing and snowboarding but also plenty of high altitude walks on well prepared paths for those who prefer walking.
Shops are plentiful and some excellent restaurants – though be sure to book in high season. Peter was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. The little hotel below the property is ideal for breakfast when you first arrive and they also did a raclette one evening which was fun.

Amazing property with five star views
This was our second time renting from Peter, and our third time in Zermatt. We love this place so much that we stayed for a month this summer! The apartment is spacious, perfectly decorated (comfortable yet modern), with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We are two adult and two toddlers and the 3 bedroom layout was more than enough room! And the view, my goodness the view. You have the most majestic view of the Matterhorn, and the little yard is perfect for candlelit dinners outside. It is close enough to the center of town (10 minute walk), but just enough outside to afford the view and quiet. Working with Peter is a delight, and the apartment’s proximity to the Hotel Alpenlodge is super helpful, This has become our little home away from home, and we can’t wait to go back again

Fantastic house with a spectacular view
We stayed in this house for a week in mid-February 2019. The house has three bedrooms, each with a nice, spacious bathroom. Ideal if, as in our case, you are travelling with a family with 4 adult children.
The living room has a beautiful view followed by a living kitchen, which is spacious with all facilities. Wonderful sofas in the room.
The first time we walked up from the Sunnega lift we were disappointed. It is a walk with a considerable rise (around 15 – 20 minutes’ walk).
The rest of the week (when we were rested) it went fine.
The distance to the center is such that it is not easy to get an apres ski drink. However, the house itself offers so much cosiness (fireplace, TV with DVD player + many films available, games) that you would like to stay at home. It is a typical family home.
We all had a wonderful week here.
