The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be accessed via the lift or stairs.

Outside the front door there are hooks and mats for storage of outdoor snow and hiking boots.

On entering the apartment there is a large storage unit with plenty of hanging space for coats and ski clothing.

Just off the hallway is a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living Area:

The apartment provides open plan living space to include kitchen, dining, and living areas.  This space opens onto a small garden and provides panoramic views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

It can be quite a sun trap in the afternoons – there are two sunloungers in order to take advantage of the rays.
